How do I split a video from a camcorder into 100M segments to upload to the web?
Video web sites like Yahoo video, youtube etc has a limit of 50M or 100M for video files. I have around 1 hr of camcorder nature video like around 2G or so. Is there some software you can recommend which I can use to split a 2G video into 100M or 50M files?

How does one do a video web cam call to a friend with good sound and video?
We both have web cams. I suspect that I may have to subscribe to a service or pay for the exchange, like I would a normal long distance phone call. I am looking for great video and sound quality.
